The two communities are less than 2 miles apart. We build 3 different product lines, 2 in each community, and we have 30 total floor plans for you to choose from. With base prices from $269,990 to $502,990, and everything in between, I have no doubt you'll be able to find your perfect new home in one of our communities.
You may choose to build the plan of your choice, with as many of our upgrade options as you'd like, and on the lot you choose. If you are looking to move into a new home sooner, we always have available inventory homes that are already under construction and some that are 100% complete within each community.
